This unique three story Saltbox dates back to late 1800's. Recently totally renovated and updated, was featured in Design NJ magazine June/July edition. Equipped w Central A/C throughout, the First floor has beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertop, Wolf range. Open kitchen design with a dining area with table and chairs. Family room with large 50" flatscreen SMART tv equipped with ROKU and free unlimited Netflix movies. There is also a large screened in porch with a dining table and flat screen tv. A fenced in back yard has a large slate patio with more outside dining space. A 1/2 bath with washer /dryer is located on the first floor as well. The second floor with 3 bedrooms, one full bath with tiled shower, double trough sink and an additional 1/2 bath. Two of the bedrooms have one Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two Queen size beds. Up on the third floor is a 4th large bedroom with a King size bed and it's own marble subway tiled bathroom with shower. There are flat screen tv's located in all of the bedrooms. A fenced in backyard is perfect for the children to play in after the beach. Off street parking for 2 cars. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping and just a few houses from the beach.
